Complete both steps before your application can be reviewed.
1. Complete the Buildium Application
Each adult age 18 or older who will live in the home must submit a separate application through Buildium. Even if you already completed a Zillow application, you must complete WRP’s application so your information is entered into our property-management system.
The household’s income may be combined, and every adult is not required to qualify financially on their own. However, each adult must complete the required screening and meet WRP’s applicable rental criteria.
If you paid a Zillow application fee, please provide proof of payment. Once the household is approved and completes the move-in process, WRP will credit the documented Zillow application fee toward the household’s move-in charges.

2. Submit Every Required Document
Upload a clear copy of your government-issued photo identification, your two most recent months of income documentation, and every other document requested by WRP.
Income documentation may include pay stubs, bank statements showing payroll deposits, benefit statements, retirement or Social Security statements, or other verifiable proof of income. Self-employed applicants may be asked to provide additional records.
Please make sure every document is complete, current, legible, and matches the information provided on your application. WRP will not begin reviewing an application until all required documents have been received from every adult applicant. Missing or incomplete documentation will delay the application process.
